In 2021, it was found that ads in paper newspapers and magazines were most trusted ads among Swedish consumers. During a survey, 30 percent of responding adults (18 to 79 year of age) said they considered these ads the most credible and reliable. On the other hand, the least trusted ads were ads in broadcaster video-on-demand services (BVOD) and ads appearing on websites.
